RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns:
Pursuant to art. 52 and following the Legislative Decree 206/2005, a Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return a product received within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to gioadrimilano@yahoo.it with the order number, the date of the order and the reason for the return.
The products must be returned with any clothing tags intact and undamaged and shipped within 14 days through the reference courier indicated by us. In the event that the products are returned incomplete, ruined, damaged or deteriorated, they will not be refunded.
The costs of returning the product will be borne by the Customer, including custom duties in the case of non-EU countries.
If the right of withdrawal is correctly exercised and following verification of compliance with the requirements, Gioadri will refund and send the customer a transaction confirmation via email.
Any garments that are tailor made i.e. following measurements and specifications provided by the customer will be considered “customized”, for this reason the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase is excluded, unless there is an error in the execution of the same. In either case it will be necessary to follow the instructions indicated above for returns and the customer will be contacted by our customer service office.
Exchanges:
Customized clothing or products purchased on sale cannot be exchanged. Other products may be exchanged, subject to availability. The exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the package.
To carry out an exchange, the customer must send an email to gioadrimilano@yahoo.it, including the shipping address to which the exchange should be sent. The exchange will not be accepted if the product cannot be sold (damaged, used, dirty, customised). In these cases Gioadri will send the customer the same item back again. If received correctly, Gioadri will send the customer a voucher of equivalent value to the product purchased. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the Customer, including custom duties in the case of non-EU countries.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS
We do our best to ensure the delivery of our garments as quickly as possible.
In Italy, shipping is free, with no minimum order value.
Outside of Italy, the shipping fee is 10.00 euros for all orders within Europe; 60.00 euros for orders shipped to non-EU countries and the UK. Any additional custom duties are to be paid by the customer.
Average delivery times are 10-15 working days for shipments to Italy, 1 -20 working days for shipments to Europe and non-EU countries.
The customer will receive an email containing the tracking informaation to track their parcel once it has been shipped.
If a customer is unable to track their parcel using the tracking number, they can contact our Customer Service via email or by telephone at +393457248977. We are available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. We will get in touch with our couriers to quickly track the package and offer a solution.
